Leonardo Molina
Chief Flight Instructor

Leonardo is a passionate and highly motivated flight instructor holding CFI, CFII, and MEI certifications. As the Chief Flight Instructor at Georgia Pilot School, he plays a key role in shaping the next generation of aviators through expert training and personalized mentorship.

Known for his calm demeanor and clear teaching style, Leonardo has helped students progress from their very first flight, all the way to checkride readiness. His focus is not only on technical skill-but also on building confidence, strong decision-making, and a true love for flying.

Leonardo's work reflects GPS's mission: "to turn passion into purpose and dreams into flight." Whether students are aiming to become airline pilots or simply pursuing a lifelong passion, he provides the guidance and support to help them succeed.

Outside of flight training, Leonardo continues flying for fun and is currently enrolled at Georgia State University, working on his degree while staying active in the aviation community.
