Requirements
  • Hold a Commercial Pilot Certificate

    Be at least 18 years old

    Pass the FAA Fundamentals of Instruction (FOI) written exam

    Pass the FAA Flight Instructor Airplane (FIA) knowledge test

    Complete required training with a qualified instructor

    Pass the FAA CFI checkride (oral + practical)
