What You’ll Learn

Requirements
  • Hold a Private Pilot License

    Be at least 18 years old

    Pass a 2nd Class FAA medical exam

    250 total flight hours minimum

    Including 100 hours as pilot-in-command

    50 hours cross-country

    10 hours in a complex or technically advanced aircraft (TAA)

    Pass the FAA written knowledge test and checkride
